Tim has spent his career working exclusively with restoration contractors, helping them build sales organizations, strengthen leadership teams, and improve execution through better people and better processes.
He is the author of the only book written specifically on restoration sales and is widely recognized for his expertise in sales hiring, training, and management within the industry. Tim’s background brings a deep understanding of how hiring decisions impact revenue, culture, and operational performance, especially in high-growth or high-stakes environments.
Tracy Albano
Recruiter
Tracy is a recruiter at BDA Restoration Recruiters with several years of experience focused on the restoration industry. She works closely with candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process, supporting active searches by sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for a range of restoration roles.
Tracy has hands-on experience recruiting for sales, operations, leadership, and technical positions and is closely involved in candidate evaluation and communication. Her familiarity with restoration-specific roles and requirements allows her to identify candidates who are aligned with both the technical demands of the position and the expectations of the organization.
